  I had some rooms in my house painted that the paint company needed to redo. They asked me for the color, which was custom made and was not on the paint can label. I stopped in the store today, a little after 5, with the old cans to get the color. They little guy behind the counter would not tell me what the color was. He told me to have the paint company bring the cans in for scanning. Now why couldn't he take 5 minutes to scan the bar code on the can just as he is willing to do for the company I'm paying. I would never have used SW paint except that's what the paint company uses. SW paint is not well rated by Consumers Report & some products in the store are cheaper at non-paint stores. Now, after this lousy experience, I won't even consider using them, even if that is another painter's choice.
